Most satisfying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cafix is a Winner *by M***A on February 5, 2026* I’m quitting coffee so I need something to replace it. I had two friends over who no longer drink coffee and we had a taste test. Cafix won first place over Pero, which was 2nd and Postum which was last. Cafix is darker in color than Pero. Cafix has figs and Pero has rye included in their barley and chicory blend. Both Cafix and Pero mix completely with a little stirring while Postum doesn’t. There was a little residual mix visible in the bottom of my spoon after stirring at different intervals; it just wouldn’t mix. Both Cafix and Pero have an inner seal while Postum has a seal around the jar lid but not inside the jar. Postum is more expensive than Cafix and Pero. I will be buying Cafix from now on. All 3 of us preferred the taste of Cafix to the others.
