The color is a stunning true red and quality of construction is excellent, but I wasn't expecting it to be so roomy in the thighs! For once, I might actually be able to size DOWN in stockings! The material is nice and smooth but not the highest quality, but I'm not sure how easily they snag because I ordered the wrong size. Love the back seam on the black ones, but you can't really see the seam in nude so I wouldn't bother next time. I'm 5'8" and weight 165, fairly athletic build with normal thighs (meaning they *actually* touch while I'm walking or standing) and based on the weight and height of the normal ones, I ordered the plus size. Bad call. The stockings are loose fitting around my leg (not visibly, but you can feel it) and the top edge was way up in my crotch. Next time I'll order the regular size. These are designed to be worn with a garter = no silicone band at the top.
