The directions (once we found then inside the cardboard tube) helped but they are not perfect take your time and think through each step and you’ll have a wonderful shade. I have worked with fusibles many times and this fusible is not very user friendly. The shade kit says it has complete instructions and I have read in other reviews that the kit has everything you need, not so. I finally went on line to the hrt website to print off the instructions, but they don't tell you the width to cut the shade fabric. If you buy one of these kits, go on to the roll ease site and look up the brackets they send you with the kit. There is a formula on that site for measuring the shade width. I also had to buy slats as the shade kits did not come with them.
