Just my opinion, but if you’ve considered listening to Tim Ferriss’ “Tools of Titans” but don’t have the time (or attention) for 20+ hour audiobook, “#Maxout Your Life” is a great alternative in the same vein. Champions use a lot of the same strategies because they work, and Ed distills his down to a short and sweet lesson worthy of a listen. There is so much wisdom in this book. The section on self confidence being linked to your identity, is brilliant! He states that" Our self-confidence, or what we believe we are worth, equals our identity. Identity is how we see ourselves, and you can never, at least long-term have success beyond your identity. This is very true!..
