But only if you count in the skim milk. Kina shady wording... In a convenient 1.26 Oz package for individual serving. This package is chocolate but you should also look for the other flavors available. The thickness of the product depends on how much water or milk you add. So easy to use I mix it with about two tablespoons of hot water and it turns into a brownie consistency. Amazing. Filled with chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla flavor. It mixes really well even with water. I find it's easiest to mix it with just a tablespoon first to make a paste then add more.
