The instructions that came with it were a bit hard to see because it looked like they copied it several dozen times. I figured it out once I removed the old original latches. May want to check out a quick video from you tube before trying to install them. That really helped. Review: Horrible fitment and funtion - If desertcart had a negative star review this would be my candidate. The fitment and function of the product as compared to its description is horrible. There is zero ability to adjust for fitment without modification to your Jeep or the latch itself. Totally unacceptable. Further when installed and likely due to the lack of adjustment the latch is near impossible to open by hand. Numerous times I had to close and open the lack with a screwdriver - cannot imagine attempting to do this in the rain or winter conditions. My advice. Stay away from this product and any of its likenesses.
