I used to check a bag simply to fit my size 13 size shoes. Often my shoes don’t fit in things marketed to fit a pair of shoes. My dress shoes take up 75% of a carryon bag. So I was very when this product claimed to fit a pair of shoes. I was shocked to see I can easily fit a pair of dress shoes with socks stuffed inside to preserve form, AND a pair of sandals in the shoe compartment. If you wear normal sized shoes, you could likely fit two pairs stacked in there with no issues. Secondly, I wasn’t sure I could fit a sport coat or suit in this. Once again, I was shocked to see I can definitely fit 2, likely 3. For the record, I wear a 46 Long. While it’s not ample width, if you put the sleeves in front, it will fold nicely without wrinkles. Everyone knows the zippers are always the most common failure point. These zippers actually feel high quality. They feel like they will last. If they don’t I will update. If there’s no update, then they are holding strong! Next, the strap. I really thought it was going to be a crappy strap with no padding. I assumed in the price, I’d replace the strap with a heavier duty snd more comfortable strap. Again, I was surprised the strap is very nice. Good padding and surprisingly wide enough to distribute the pressure. I’m going with the standard strap. My one “complaint” is when this is fully zippered up, there is a small gap at the top of the long sides where the sides zipper up. It’s not large, but I want to let people know about this because I was not expecting that. It’s not large enough to lose a pair of socks or underwear or a book you may have stuffed on top. But it certainly is just large enough for something like a set of AirPods to fall out if given the right angle. That being said, there are PLENTY of pockets inside with zipper closures to properly secure something that size. And you can still access them without unzipping the whole thing, which is awesome. Overall, this is a superbly designed product. The material is high quality and it feels like it’s going to last. I am very impressed by how much you can actually store in this. More pockets would be nice though. *by M***L on September 8, 2024* I'll start off by saying that this product looks absolutely great, exactly how it was shown on the photos. I've bought this item for the purpose of having one item that suits multiple needs, and excels in one spot in particular: Holding delicate clothes. If I've nicely pressed an article, I would like it to remain that way. But with other garment bags that simply fold in half, it's a hassle to bring them around and set it down anywhere. By rolling up, you get that clean press, and you save space, and it is very easily transported. The only qualm I have is that as a multifunctional item, there may have been a missed opportunity by not having enough outer pockets. The pocket opposite of the shoe pocket holds many items, and there is a side pocket that comes in handy every now and then... but these have one zipper only, so if you are standing with it, and open that one zipper from the side, it could cause quite a bit of stuff to fall out. 2 zippers per pocket would have been just the icing on the cake though. There is still cake here. I do absolutely love the item, have recommended it to others, and use it even as a general purpose duffel bag. Now I don't need to buy a duffel bag.
