Before it died, it would last me 2-3 days without charge, although I am a light phone user. I text and email for work, and sometimes browse the web for 15 minutes while I lie in bed. Everything else (games, videos, etc.), I do on my computer.Sunday night, I left the house to get gas, 70% battery remaining. When I got home, my phone was off, wouldn't turn on, and wouldn't take charge. I put my old original battery in and my phone started working again. Battery was KIA. I messaged the seller via Amazon on Monday night. They responded within minutes (this surprised me at 9-10pm on a Monday night), and within the hour had a replacement processing for shipping. The only question asked through the whole exchange was for a shipping address. Replacement was here by Wednesday mid-day.These things don't last forever (as many things don't), but their customer service is pretty dang quick and helpful. The 24 month warranty is nice to cover issues like this.
