Well factory sure beat this brand. Started off working just fine. As a commuter they definitely cancelled noise. But by the end of the first week the left side was in and out... a few days later so went the right. Which is the mic side. I was truly disappointed because I wanted these to work. THEY ARE CHEAP for a reason. Returned them. Horrible China based brand! ### ⭐⭐⭐ this item was disappointing - adjustable, but very difficult to work with *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2019* I received the item very quickly and it had multiple sizes of ear pieces, which was fabulous. Loved that. However, having made the adjustment so they'd fit my small ears, the earbuds kept falling apart. I rechecked the instructions repeatedly over the next several days & no improvement. I finally gave up & went back to my over-ear tried & true pair.
