(410 large/110 small - both same issue)?** A: Hi I think the 100s part is the arch support (reflected by insole color), and the 10s digit is the size. **Q: How long should I expect it to last using it daily to walk?** A: I was having an orthotic made by my podiatrist and used these while I was waiting. It took a couple of weeks to get used to them, then they seemed fine. How long would they last? Once I got my regular ones, I stopped using them and then returned during another round of "repairs."
