The model on the picture looks like an average sized adult. However, this pillow is perfectly suited for an eight-year-old child. My daughter is 4'3" and about 60 lb. This pillow fits her perfectly. The long parts of this pillow are 21" around. The "normal" sized pregnancy pillow I use is 29" around the long parts. You can add stuffing to this pillow to make it firmer. It came with a light blue slip cover. ### ⭐ Poor quality. Flat *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* Quality is terrible. Not plush at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pillowcase broke *by M***5 on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2019* I really liked the concept. The pillow is ok. Kind of flimsy in places. Maybe not enough filling. But I still loved it.Until the zipper on the pillow case broke. My pillow is kind of useless without it. I can’t just go to the linen closet and get another pillow case.My money wasted. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/84390673-pregnancy-pillow-55-inches-full-body-pillow-maternity-pillow-pregnant](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/84390673-pregnancy-pillow-55-inches-full-body-pillow-maternity-pillow-pregnant) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
