I don't perspire, I sweat. Then I feel l just grubby and yucky. These worked much better than I anticipated AND didn't fall off. Plus, the absorbency was terrific and my blouses weren't wet and smelly. I didn't have to go wash up and put on more deodorant during my lunch break. The down side it they are a little hard to remove (which reflects how good they stay on!). You must CAREFULLY peel them off. From the bottom up seems best. Also, a little baby oil rubbed around the edges helped loosen them up and remove the little bit of residue. That was soothing. By no means try to just pull them off quickly. They'll pull at your skin and hurt like heck! When I go to back to school I'll keep some in my backpack. I wish they would come in larger quantities. I stepped into the shower one day and forgot to take them off and they stayed on! Good product. Wish I had found it sooner. Review: Not for sensitive/delicate/normal skin - These stuck REALLY well and blocked sweat from getting through, but they were almost impossible to remove. The pads have some sort of super strength adhesive around the entire edge so that it's nearly impossible to grab onto any part of the pad in order to remove it. Also, once I was able to separate a small piece of the pad from my skin, the rest was stuck so well that it ripped off some of my skin in the process of removing it.
