    Brings back the gold ole days

As a former collegiate cheerleader, I was thrilled to see this DVD. I miss learning the dances and moves for routines. I've enjoyed the DVD and do get a good workout from it. My face is beat red every time I finish. While the instructor teaches you the moves in an intro section, she does go over it pretty quickly so it's a little harder to pick up. I do wish there was a little more instruction on getting the moves down pat, but maybe I'm just older and don't catch on as easily anymore. I also wish there were more dances/routines other than just the one. I hope they release additional videos soon. But I love this concept and encourage anyone in a similar boat like me who used to cheer and misses certain aspects of it to check it out. It's a fun workout.

The DVD of the fitness routine is great and perfect if you're interested in teaching this type of class or just using it to get fit.  The instructions are very clear and it is great fun.  Very worth the price.  Wish there had been more than one routine on it rather than the DVD about the cheer world as I'm just looking for fitness ideas but overall I was very happy with it for the price.
