The only negative is they spot. You must dry them with a moist towel or the spots are terrible. But all the other pluses outweigh the spots. I bought the serving set too and they are really good also!New note: just figured out how to place the flatware on the top shelf of the dishwasher and lo-and-behold, the water marks are practically gone !! Yay!Six months later.... they still spot, but we deal with it. However, today I noticed all the fork tines have silver showing through.
