I am always on the lookout for a great rotisserie cookbook, one that can inspire me and give me some new ideas. This one wasn't quite there but it's still very good. I like that it was more creative than many but I guess that I was hoping for something a little more cutting edge. Ethnic street food is big right now and the rotisserie could be appropriate for that type of food.
