It wouldn't have been so bad if the box fit the rug but it was crammed into a box that was too small. So, of course, it's severely bent and the edges are crimped and rippled and there's a big bubble in the middle. I am hoping it will eventually lay flat because unless it does flatten out, it's unusable like this and I will have to return it. I would post a pix but the rug is black and you would not be able to see it in the pix. What a shame. My dog took two steps on the rug and his claw put a huge pull in the rug on day one. Luckily I was able to flip it around but the quality is pretty low, although not terrible for the price. The rubber backing is also low quality and over the last few weeks has been falling off in tiny little pieces. A pain to keep clean but it’s also black, so I knew that was going to be an issue. It's not very soft or plush, but we were only looking for something to cover the concrete.
