It also got stuck in between my hair. Overall i still like it, maybe I'll use it when my locs get more mature ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great on my small dreads *by C***L on August 6, 2018* I have used this tool for almost a year now and find it works beautifully on my small dreads. Larger tools would be impossible to use. I have 99 dreads so they are not fat. It has held up perfectly. I love it. I open the latch push the tool up through my dread to the loose hair then put the hair inside the hook, close the latch and pull the loose hair inside. usually I use a fine crochet hook to gather the loose hairs together by pulling a bunch of loose hairs through the dread. This makes it easier to then use the latch hook. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very small and fragile. Needs to be used on very minimal amounts of hair. *by K***Y on June 19, 2018* I previously had the bigger version up until I lost it. I loved it, although I always thought the loop was a bit too big for my application. So I decided to get this version. Let's just say it's way smaller than I anticipated. It broke on the 4th dread.... very fragile. I can't give it more than 3 stars because it did break on me, but I don't want to give it less because I do feel it was a bit too small for what I was using it for. If you need to do your ends, go with the bigger version, as this one probably isn't for you.
