One time I was in Hawaii and the wave flipped me up side down and slammed me to the ground. It sprained my neck a bit. When I got back to the states, I massage myself on the massage chair to get the knots out of the tight muscles and drank this. Eventually, the pain went away. Neck is back to normal.
