MARK III True Rotary Fly Tying Vise by Appalachian. Press lever, insert hook, release lever - that simple! Our US Patent # 4969636. This unique vise design provides a powerful brass collar head and jaw assembly to hold size #6/0 to midge #24 hooks securely and consistently, without possibility of slipping. The lever attached to the brass collar helps control the opening, closing and rotating of the spring action jaws. Vise jaws pivot 220 degrees vertically up and down for additional setting of jaw angle. The continual 360 rotation of jaws helps display various wound fly materials on hook, at any angle. This superb Mark III vise allows tying large and small flies all in one sitting, with no adjustment of jaws. Vise comes in a storage container w/ plastic handle, dimensions 12.5" x 9.5" x 3" box.
