Vegan diet is amazing for dogs with sever allergies that are environmental or coming from food. Those are not vegan but there is a vegetarian alternative called K9 vegetarian glucosamine. Just need to check the ingredients to make sure it is ok for your dog to take if your dog is on a strict vegan diet. **Q: Are these chews made in China or in the U.S.?** A: it says it's manufactured in SC.i dont see anything about China **Q: If you have a picky pet, did your dog readily accept these?** A: Our Boston girl (25 pounds) is very picky and will not eat these. We are giving her 2 of the Dasuquin cat capsules opened up and mixed into her food. My Vet called Nutramax (the manufacturer) and the cat capsules are fine for dogs. Our male Boston eats these Dasuquin chews readily. My Bostons (almost 13yo and 10yo) are much more active since we put them on Dasuquin.
