Cut well. - I was using mulching blades on my lawn mower and started to notice that I had to go over many areas 2x to make sure all the grass and weeds were cut. I then realized that mulching blades are not a "lifting-type" of mower blade. They do not circulate air hard enough to lift the heavier weeks and grass up to the blade to be cut. I purchased these John Deere High Lift blades because that it was they are designed to do, lift and cut. And that is what they do well. No more going over weedy areas 2x. One pass is all I need. Review: Great cut, strong material, great price. - I was hoping these would fix my bagger issues, but they didn't. That said, they improved the cut immensely. They fit perfectly, and were a great price compared to local stores. The quality is quite durable and well built. They didn't mulch well, but I was using the shoot, so that may have contributed to that.
