This is definitely a quality hat, though it will require some TLC to make sure the leather remains in good shape along the seams. I wore it in -18° weather and the hat kept my head sufficiently warm without my hood pulled up. At first I thought the hat was too big, however, if you look closely there is an elastic drawstring on the inside edge that allows for it to be pulled tighter. It is eye-catching and I receive many compliments on it.

A: It's real white. The hat is beautiful. The touch is so soft and nice. I absolutely recommend it to buy.

**Q: Do the palms that are part of the tail come off? I mean are they removable if you didn't want them?**
A: No the tails do not come off. They are sewn directly to the hat.

**Q: love the look but my head was 62 cm. how snug would it be on me?**
A: I’m unsure of the “cm but you would Ned a full head of hair or a wig for the hat to fit properly. No shifting should occur.otherwise, you will be repositioning the hat. That is very annoying..
