This supplement will help you.
If you're taking a nootropic like piracetam you need to also take an acetylcholine supplement with it, and this fits the bill. In addition, taking this by itself is fantastic for your brain function. Google information about it. This particular brand is trustworthy and the one I always used.

High Quality & Effective
I'm a believer. Wow. I can't get over how incredibly effective this is. I noticed a significant increase in mental clarity in a few days. I felt a little something the first day, but by the third day it was undeniable. I was really cautious and aware of the side effects because I do have a history of depression and this is known to shine a light on it. What I have experienced is a heavy dose of reality. I eat whole foods, drink plenty of water, exercise, and abstain from processed food, alcohol, and smoking. I'm also realistic about the fact that I get out of my body what I put into it. Centrophenoxine simply put a light on my life. It's like there's a lens on my life and it just got clearer. There's really no way to explain it without experiencing it. But you have to be careful with that. If we fake our way through life and don't look at reality, we may not want a light shining on the icky, sticky bits. But if you're reasonably real with yourself and about your purpose in life, eat well, exercise, and want to have some incredibly mental clarity, you'll really hit the jackpot with Centrophenoxine.

How an older person looks at this supplement
Centrophenoxine is very different from other nootropics I've tried. For me, it seems to increase the speed of thought and the ability to multitask. I do have to be careful that I take it with food, though. I usually have a cast iron stomach, and it may have just been circumstantial, but when I took it on an empty stomach, there seemed to be some irritation. I also consider what I'll be doing before I take it, because it seems to enhance mental processing speed to the point that tedious tasks can become a unique form of torture if you're moving way faster than the computer. It can be really good for tasks that require complex problem-solving, or quick reactions to changing situations. We all have the responsibility to maintain the health and functioning of our brains. As an older person, I strive to constantly challenge my mentation, and like any "muscle", the brain responds to increased demands if you know how to manage yourself. The only problem is, people in my age group generally seem willing to accept the lot of growing older-Alzheimer's, slow reaction times, decreased sensory awareness. How SAD...it's like they lock themselves in a mental prison and then die when there is no other option. I plan to go out swinging!

A highly unique and worthy choline source to try . . . .
I’ll be turning 70 in a few months, so it stands to reason that I’ve been entertaining myself recently in the careful study of nootropics and cognitive supplements. Choline sources are an important factor in almost every recommended regimen. The most common choline supplements have all proven their effectiveness for me, especially when stacked with racetams. I stumbled upon Centrophenoxine only recently. Without going into its mechanism of action (which is not entirely understood), and of course acknowledging the important disclaimer that individual reactions may differ, I am personally really jazzed about this specific supplement. It doesn’t replace Alpha GPC as my daily morning choline source, but adding Centrophenoxine once (or usually twice) during the day gives me a noticeably “maintained focused edge” that I really like, and I’m quite certain it’s not a placebo effect. I’ve reached this conclusion because Centrophenoxine’s subjective effect increases over the course of 3 or 4 days, and I intuitively recognize that it might be wise to take “one full day off.” Surprisingly, that day off is still a very good day. It just brings me back to my Centrophenoxine baseline so-to-speak. Note: Because of my advanced age, my chosen dosage is two capsules a day based on research in aging rats. :)I prefer to purchase from Double Wood when possible for their consistent quality, fast shipping and exemplary customer service.

Making my mind clearer
I started noticing age spots on my hands. They're caused by lipofuscin, a pigment that also builds up in the brain and can lead to dementia. Whether it causes dementia or is just associated with dementia I don't care. If it's there, I want it gone! Studies on Centrophenoxine say it eliminates lipofuscin.I'd already been using Doublewood's Alpha-GPC, Huperzine and Uridine for a few months and felt a remarkable improvement in mental clarity. For example, I've been stuck on the same level of Green Belt Sudoko puzzles for years. They used to take me an hour to complete. About a month after starting these supplements I was suddenly completing them in only 10-15 minutes. I'm going to have to get a harder puzzle book. Then I added Centrophenoxine and a few weeks later I felt another mental boost. Driving in fast, heavy, zig-zaggy traffic used to make me white-knuckle and exhausted. Now my visual processing and reaction speed is so much improved that instead of feeling overwhelmed, I feel totally calm and in control. If you're starting to feel "old," fragile or easily overwhelmed, try it for a few months. See if it helps. YMMV of course, but it works for me.
