The main one being energy. I have struggled with low energy for awhile and I really like how drinking Matcha gives you energy that sustains you without the crash like coffee gives you. This arrived packaged in bubble wrap and in a sealed tin. That really preserves the matcha tea I would think. It is a very bright green which shows that it is of good quality! I usually use matcha in my morning smoothie with chia seeds, frozen fruit, juice, almond milk and wheat grass. I feel like this smoothie is a great way to start my day, and is making me feel more healthy the longer I drink it! I am very happy with the quality of this matcha tea. I did receive this at a discount in exchange for my honest review, yet that had no bearing on my opinion of this product. I will not positively review a product I don't genuinely like. As a shopper, I also rely on reviews when shopping on the internet and always hope they are honest, so that it what I strive to provide. From what I can tell, this is AOI's lowest grade of matcha, and is also not organic. That being said, here is my description and rating of this matcha: Color: Vibrant, fresh, green . A+ Aroma: Nutty, fresh, and grassy. B+ Taste: Nutty, grassy, and bitter. B- All in all, a decent matcha that is better than some other similarly and higher priced "ceremonial grade" matchas I have tried. In my opinion, not suitable for koicha (thick style matcha) but is suitable for usucha (thin style). At $25 for 30 grams, this isn't the worst deal on ceremonial matcha around, but I imagine that it might be worth paying a little more for one of AOI's higher grade matchas. I would be interested in comparing the flavor of their higher grade matchas to this product. This product has the disadvantage of not being organic. However, at least it is fresh and not overwhelmingly bitter (but still has noticeable bitterness). With Japanese teas, it is not always the case that organic is best, and sometimes the conventionally grown teas are actually higher quality.
