They are real leather and look very nice. Time will tell how well they hold up. When I first got them I wore them to work for an 8 hour shift; and by the end of the day, my feet were so sore I could hardly walk. The insoles they come with are paper thin. I ordered a pair of these insoles:ENER-GEL WORK INSOLES - $9.99 pr.and now the shoes are very comfortable to wear all day. The pair of shoes I ordered fit true to size for me. I wear a 10.5 and ordered 10.5 and the size is perfect. For the price I think they are a good value and a well made / good looking shoe. Before I wore them I coated them with Leather Honey Leather Conditioner for protection. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wouldn't exactly call non slip, but grippier than expected *by L***5 on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2019* I bought these shoes for work at a bar/restaurant. Wanted something that looked nice, but would offer better traction than the dress shoes I had previously been wearing. These said non slip in the product info, and looked nice so I figured I'd order them and for $40 I honestly didn't expect too much.I've worn them for a few shifts and as a daily shoe for a week or so now and I love them. Super comfortable, super stylish and the soles while I wouldn't describe as non-slip, are a lot better than my old shoes. They're a flat rubber sole with a bit of texture to it.
