When I hold it tightly in the plug point it works but as soon as I leave it it looses connection and turns off. If it would have been with only one point then I would have considered that the point is faulty but as it happens with 5 points so for sure the product is faulty and losses it's connection from the power point (might be due to weight?). And you do not expect someone to hold it tightly in the plug point throughout the time when they want to power this on.
