Super tasty and powerful stuff. I originally thought brewing my own kombucha would be difficult and take a lot of space. It absolutely does not. The Kombucha Company includes an awesome set of instructions to get you started. Additionally, you can contact them by email and they are always willing to offer assistance. If you are lucky enough to live nearby, you can even visit the shop for tastings of their delicious booch as well as hands on instruction. If I could give more stars I would! This mom and pop shop is completely devoted to sustainability and helping people succeed at making their own booch.Thanks The Kombucha Company! It was some of the best I'd ever tasted. They're passionate about what they do, put a lot of care into it, and want as many other people brewing booch as possible. So I ordered their starter kit and went for it. I'd started my own SCOBYs, and done some home brewing before, to mixed results. The booch I'm getting from the Kombucha Company's starter kit is the best I've produced.
