I have made contact with the customer service team for a few questions. They would not offer any help due to a registration error. They register all the cameras sold with a customer ID and mine didn't match. They refused to help. Might have to go with the well known brands such as Digital Ally or Watchgaurd. Also the plastic buttons started to fall off due to bad adhesives.I as a law enforcement officer have been using this camera in for many things. One obviously recording all my interactions with the public. Even though this is a civilian model the camera has amazing video and sound. This camera preforms well in low-light and lasts all day. The features of this camera are superior. The software used to set the camera up is very user friendly. This camera is very simple to operate with its one-touch recording. The audio is very well, it sounds like you're right there when viewing the footage. This is great for someone who wants to use it for interviews, law enforcement applications, or just a pov camera. I have used this in my car too, it catches everything I need. The battery life is great and stores a lot of video. This camera is very sturdy too, I have gone hands on with combative subjects and the camera can survive tough drops. I have used name brand cameras such as "Watchguard", and "Digital Ally" finding that this camera supersedes them both in quality and battery life. My Digital Ally camera failed a lot and this camera has yet to fail me. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good Camera, crappy accessories *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2019* The camera is convenient and records good video and audio. The only issues I've experienced have been the plastic holsters that hold the Camera so it can be clipped on your body or a surface are horrible. One was broken out of the box and the other broke right after being used the first time. The other issue is that the on/off switch is too easy to move and you could leave the camera on accidently, draining the battery unintentionally. Overall it's a good Camera in terms of video and audio quality and has a lot of storage.
