This is a BUNGEE CORD and can not be described as anything less. The product is a great value, great manufacturing and great durability. HOWEVER!!! This CAN NOT be used for an elastic connection for a Covid19 Virus Mask. It does not move like typical elastic. It is FIRM, STRONG and very very TOUGH STUFF.If you are holding down a load on top of your car or securing a load of lumber then this is what will work. As far as securing a piece of fabric across your face? Well unless you are an android robot and have all metal parts and you are securing a piece of steel across your face then this will work on that application. I make sport of all this but the bottom line is, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this as a BUNGEE CORD but not as elastic to secure a virus mask you are making for friends and family or even to sell. It just would not work and would be extremely uncomfortable for you. The description is not exactly correct.All this said, I can recommend this for ONLY the application it is designed. A BUNGEE CORD.
