Review: Quality holster at a budget price - I'd like to start by saying that I chose this holster because I'm from Jacksonville, FL where the holster was produced. And I am so glad this local product is as good as it is. I only had my Shield Plus for two weeks before returning it due to some issues and getting the Shield X as a replacement. The Shield Plus holster doesn't fit the Shield X so I had to eat the cost of my first Rounded holster and order another, but I didn't hesitate to buy the second one. My expectations weren't very high for a holster at a budget price, but I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product. The fit was very good, the clip was good enough, and I like that there isn't just a single screw at the bottom of the holster -- I really don't like when there's just a single retention screw doing all the work, it just seems like a bad idea. The cant adjustment has just enough range that I could comfortably carry this appendix or 5 o'clock and get a good angle for a comfortable draw. With the right retension adjustment and a belt that plays nicely with the clip, the draw is very quick and reliable. I would maybe like more options in regards to colors or finishes, but honestly if someone is seeing my cc holster, something is wrong and the look doesn't really matter. The holster is very light, and doesn't add much to the dimensions of the gun for concealment purposes. If you're looking for a no frills kydex holster with great retention and don't want to break the bank, I'd just like to assure you that this budget priced holster is more than reliable enough to get the job done and I'll be purchasing Rounded holsters for all my guns moving forward. If I had a SINGLE point of criticism/feedback, I was a bit unhappy that my hardware started displaying signs of rust almost immediately. I think I carried it for one or two work shifts before the nut on the back of the holster was very rusty. I don't know how this would be prevented but considering it's produced in humid and swampy Florida, I would have thought it would have held up a bit longer before rust began to set in.

**Q: Is this good for appendix carry?**
A: I use this with my Springfield XD-E .45 and I can't imagine using it as anything but an appendix carry. Putting it at 3 or 9 (hips) does not make sense to me. I have tried it and appendix is the only comfortable placement. I am a skinny dude and with the claw attachment it doesn't print at all.

**Q: Is this comfortable for appendix carry?**
A: Well, as a lefty, I find that I am most comfortable with the holster in the 9:00 o'clock position or just a little past (maybe between 8:00/9:00). I tried the appendix location but it was uncomfortable while bending or sitting down. I really feel comfortable with it.

**Q: Can i use this if i have a light/laser on the trigger guard**
A: I use the version of this holster made for the M&P Shield 9mm 2.0 with integrated red laser. Its a perfect fit for that pistol.

**Q: Will this fit the new ruger lcp ii ?**
A: NO...It will NOT fit the LCP2 / LCP-II. Unfortunately I found out the hard way after I purchased it.
