If Dr Meyer Schneider was ablke to regain his eyesight from total blindnbess, it was my obligation to at least try it out to improve my own poor vision. His method was recommended to me by Dr. Tatiana Gebrael from Saoi Paulo, Brazil who was exposed to his method at a University in Sao Paulo and then studied directly with him in San Francisco. U have to do the exercises daily to expect results.  I have his Autobiography also. What a life experience!

    Hard to follow solely on audio.

I feel this item needs a visual to go along with it.  I find the exercises hard to follow by just listening.  Need a book with pictures to fully understand how to do the exercises.  The concept is fascinating to me and makes sense, but I've yet to put it into practice because I can't follow the verbal instructions.
