I’ve seen a few people say it doesn’t mix well, but I’ve had no issues at all. It blends easily with hot water as long as you give it a proper stir. No clumps for me.Taste:It has a deep, rich chocolate flavour. Slightly more bitter than ceremonial cacao, but that’s expected and actually works well, especially if you enjoy a stronger cocoa taste.
