It does everything that I need: comfortable to wear, connects to my three devices (PC + 2 phones) at the same time and accommodates them properly, and has a functional touch-screen display that shows the connection status, battery status, and has on-screen buttons for dialing and hanging up. The headset itself has a great mute button, volume buttons, and call/end buttons that work well and are easy to use and find. I previously used similar products from Sennheiser and Plantronics and found this Jabra to be head-and-shoulders above the others. The Plantronics version has a heavier headset, a worse display, and stopped working with my PC after a while. For the most part, Jabra really got it right with this product's usability. It’s light and comfortable with crystal clear connection. Able to connect to pretty much anything, computer, cell, softphone. Battery life easily lasts all day and has deep configurations. Able to even use a custom ringtone, and different rings for different sources. Noise canceling works great, leds light up on the headset when in use so ppl know not to bother you. Only thing that would make this better is when it goes into power nap mode, the display should completely turn off, which it doesn’t now, it’s always on. Other than that, it’s been working flawlessly.
