The silver portion is thick and sleek, does not look cheap. I bought this as a gift for my mom and when it arrived it was missing the small green stone in the larger green leaf (top right). Nowhere in the package, just a gaping hole. Since I liked the necklace I wanted to exchange it but they don’t have that option, only return. So I sent it back and rolled the dice by ordering another. Wish I could’ve just exchanged but it worked out fine in that they gave me a paper to print and put in the same box I received it in, and they scheduled a pickup who brought the shipping label so all I had to do was leave it outside. I received my refund and since the refund was their fault I was not charged for shipping. The second necklace again came in the time they said it would and it was just as shiny and colorful but had all of its pieces. It is also a nice length, hits mid-chest where most of my other charmed necklaces do. Charm is nice size, not too big as to be gaudy, not too small as to where it isn’t noticeable. Came wrapped in a couple plastic pieces so as not to tangle as well as an ok gift box. It's big enough to be noticeable, but small enough not to weigh heavy.It shipped fairly quickly as well, but it did not arrive in a box (which some complained about arriving smashed), but a little velvet-like pouch; I purchased mine from JewelryWe, so I'm assuming that maybe the box deal is from a different seller.
