I added a tsp to the cake box mix, for a chocolate cupcake. Then I put some more into the water for the “tea” that I put on the cupcake and it was delicious; just filtered water and the extract, at room temperature. I did it after I took the ramekin out of the air fryer. It was easy to achieve the moist consistency with the almond flavor, that I was trying to get. I also did it with a yellow cake mix; same procedure. I put some sliced almonds on top, I used the 365 brand, and it was moist and the almond flavor was perfect! The bottle looks like a nanny McPhee remedy… but the product is really good! Not a castor oil at all! I’m very happy that I didn’t let that to stop me from buying this almond extract, love it!
