**Q: Where are they made?**
A: They are made in Vietnam and not China thank god!

**Q: How to lock/unlock this pruner?**
A: It has this latch about where your thumb is (if you are right handed) which you push into a notch on the back of the blade.  You need to push it firmly, with your thumb, to engage it.  It disengages easily by squeezing the handles and pulling it out by sliding the thumb over the latch.  Although not part of your question, a negative I have with the pruner is this notch should be larger as the latch occasionally disengages while in my pocket.

**Q: Bearing action? not understanding. because i do not want a metal spring action. and fiskars has no demo on how these work.**
A: I imagine there is a spring inside because the jaws reopen after cutting.  However the action is very smooth and my wife uses it comfortably.  In fact, I recently bought another so we can do light pruning jobs together.

**Q: Does this product have a waranty? How to I get a refund or replacement for a defective product?**
A: Manufacturer lifetime guarantee, if for any reason contact Fiskar for a return label to have you send out and they send a fresh one.  From us you also have a 30 day guarantee if you aren't totally satisfied, simply return for refund.
