See the pic! (So tired of unintelligent people reviewing items on here) Also, I was worried once they are clasped into place I wouldn't be able to open the middle portion easily; however, not true, I just clasped only the zippers for the sides and not the center zipper. Which means the middle zipper was still easily accessible without having to undo the clasp every time, just to open the middle! Brilliant.2) this is a 5 star bag simply for the price. A high end version of this bag is $300 (which I did consider purchasing just for that amazing green color ha)3) I purchased the tote bag as well as the duffle to compare. One of the things I didn't like about the duffle was, what if I just wanted to use this to carry a suit and nothing else? So I figured a way to mod the duffle and returned the tote bag. You can see in the pics I attached a simple magnetic clasp to the bag and now I have a duffle and if wanted just a simple suit bag!Hope this helps someone, I never do these, but was tired of reading false/uneducated reviews. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Other than the issue I think the bag is pretty decent. This isn’t like the high end ones ... *by H***R on March 2, 2018* The bag was defective. It is under warranty though. I contacted Biaggi via email and got a response within 4 hours, which was unexpected. I sent them a copy of the receipt as well as a photo they requested. They are sending me a replacement. Other than the issue I think the bag is pretty decent. This isn’t like the high end ones other companies are selling but it is going to do the job. ### ⭐ Zipper broke after 4th time using *by H*** on October 16, 2019* I was truly excited to get/own/use this product as I frequently fly for business and only need to pack some work clothes. I was super disappointed when using it for the 4th time this past week, a zipper on one of the ends came undone and separated completely from the other side. I was able to finish the trip and fly home with one end open, however, I was disappointed in how long this bag lasted before becoming garbage.I'm realistic and completely understood that one day the zippers on this thing might fail, but I wasn't expecting it so soon, and its NEW condition.
