I compared this one to another I had before, same brand. Difference is this one uses triple A batteries instead of double A. Readings are similar. It doesnt come with the USB cord but has a slot for it.

I purchased this at home blood pressure cuff when I had high blood pressure postpartum and it worked well. Had an at home nurse come in with cuff and it was fairly accurate to her reading. Although I will say I would take a reading that would be fairly high and take again two minutes later and it would be different (sometimes by increments of 10). I like that it keeps your readings stored on machine and it gives you the color indicator for levels. Cuff was good size as i have a larger upper arm area and it fit well, velcro held. Great battery life. I have used it for 2 months 3x a day and never had issue. Overall would reccomend as a good at home solution, but may not be 100% accurate.
