I'm not too keen on the comfort of it since I throw it in the freezer and then take it out and put it on my face. It almost feel too cold that I end up putting it on top of my head. Sometimes the velcro gets stuck on my hair but that's to be expected with any product you have to strap on your face. She’s only used it cold and also added a drop or 2 of essential oil to help with the pain.
