You could try finding a chemical that will melt the resin sealant so you can get into it to replace the battery, there is a is a potting compound thinner on the market that electronic companys use to melt down the sealer, try looking on line for potting compound sealers & thinners. **Q: What is the life of the battery?** A: Don't know, battery is incapsulated.
