No, wait, this poster is great *by R***S on October 30, 2020* When I first unfurled the poster, it was not what I expected. I just wanted a quick reference for some basic scales. I was actually a little annoyed. Then I read the Q and A and someone mentioned that this is based on the Nashville Number System. I googled that (because I had no idea what that is), and became even more annoyed. I'm not trying to get into theory, I just want to noodle a little bit and have an easy to read reference poster.... but wait a minute. If you follow the numbers in the heading of each scale and apply it to the fretboard shown for each of the categories, you will soon see that this thing is amazing. It is a road map to applying any of the pictured scales to the entire fretboard. I am really happy with this, and there was a minute there where I wanted to rip it up and throw it away. It would be really great for ignorant self-taught people like myself if there was a quick mention of this in the description.
