It also allowed me to apply my skincare and still tend to her without worrying that harsher chemicals were affecting her skin after my shower. A great buy, and I am likely to buy a couple more for gifts and/or for a guest bath, as in a large enough size they can fit just about everyone and they are a great weight for year around wear. One comment about the white, however. If you need a very modest bathrobe, I'd shy away from it. It is fine around my husband and daughter, but I wouldn't want to wear it around my in-laws without something underneath, as there can be a bit of peak through in certain lights. UPDATE: 3 months later and this amazing robe has been washed at least 3 times a week over the last 3 months and it still looks brand new and absorbs well.
