Do I need an extra syringe?** A: If you want to rinse the drops out then a shower 🚿 is a good option or fill an empty bottle with water and use that. Personally I put the drops in at bedtime and put a towel over my cushion to catch anything in the night, these drops didn’t solve my in ear problem so will probably have to get my ear syringed at a doctors after all or maybe it could be something other than wax causing the issue but was worth a try I guess. **Q: Can you use this overnight?** A: I did, with cotton wool to reduce escape to pillow, but also tried to sleep on 'my other side'.
