I purchased a size XL-Tall (color Sandstone) for my husband. The waist and width of the legs fit good, not too wide, just tall and slim. He could fit into a large but he likes scrubs slightly larger. Now, regarding the “Tall” size (he is 6’2”, pant size 36-34) and these are about six inches too long. I plan to shorten the hem. If you’re over 6’6” these should fit fine.
