I have one pair in my sneakers and another pair in my dress work boots and I can already tell the difference with a substantial decrease in heel pain. I am currently using the gel and hybrid versions of the heel cups, and will move to the solid cups after 1-2 weeks. As the instructions note, this may take up to a week or more to notice the difference, and make sure you have the heel cup seated correctly against the bottom of your foot.
