I also have a 19/20" calf (I'm 6'4" and weigh 310) and the large ankle holster is the most comfortable thing containing a firearm that I've ever worn. Seriously. **Q: Will this fit a M & P American 2.0 .45 caliber?** A: Not worth it **Q: How bout a Taurus millenial pro .138** A: Don't know, perfect for my Walther PPks **Q: Will this hold a Kimber micro9 in position?** A: My Glock 26 (9mm) fits perfectly, L 6.42 inches, W 1.26, H 4.17. The Kimber website did not give the specs for your micro 9, but when I compare the two pictures off the respective websites, I 'd be willing to say this holster has a high probability it would work. The holster is comfortable and well built. *by M***H on May 7, 2019* Lets Start with the good. It is comfortable and easily put on. It fits on, with shoes or around the zip up style boots. The owner reached out to me stating they had a bad batch get through their quality control and some of that batch was shipped before they could pull it. They sent me a new holster, it has heavier snaps that hold it in place. The retention straps are placed in a better spot. This is deffinatly a better holster than the first one. The security thumb straps are still not adjustable and will still not hold a small palm sized gun securely. But this is easily fixed by taking up the extra slack and sowing it into the position you want it. Below this point is the bad review of the first holster and ghost has remedied most of my concerns. Now the Bad. The security thumb straps are not adjustable. The little snap it comes with pops off on its own. If you have to run with or kick with this ankle holster it will not hold your gun. Your gun will fall out on the ground. Im in law enforcement and its a necessity for me to have it secure. My gun has come out of the holster twice.
