I ordered the 38" to 40" version. The hole-to-pin distance (effectively the waist size) to the first hole is 37" and the last is 43". It would fit the range of waist sizes described. The belt is 46.5" long overall.It's sturdily made with four dark brown plastic rivets securing the buckle and loop rather than the stitching shown in the photos. Like most leather items it has eased a bit during the first few weks of use.
