It would be better if they could be fitted with securing straps but I suppose this would raise the cost of them quite significantly. Otherwise, they are very good.I have been using these for some time now and they are excellent at absorbing the leaks which occurs with igthe incontinence a member of my family suffers with. These pads are well made and absorbent, but they are not great if the person moves around in their sleep. Each morning we would find the pad all scrunched up and sometimes it would no longer be under them at all. These pads are so lightweight that there is nothing to hold them in place so they are probably best for people who are fairly immobile. My relative had previously been sleeping on a bath towel folded in half and this did not move around so much (presumably because it is heavier).
