Taste is neutral but pleasant. I have literally been looking for a gluten free cous cous alternative and this tastes exactly like i remember cous cous tasting 20years ago. Better still the recommended portion size is actually too much for me (i am a foodie so thats hard to do). I used boiling water at the ratio recommended and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add oil but be warned it soaks up oil like a sponge! Love this!!!
