Smooth as silk material that is easy to clean. The 1mm incremental jump in size is way too large for most people, especially when you are at larger sizes (above 9 or 10 mm). I am able to insert the 11mm so far, but cannot possibly insert the 12mm end. I will need another device to stretch "up to 12", so I am currently using an 11.5mm device that is graduated from 6mm. I will eventually advance to 12 in a matter of time, I suppose.
